If you are unhappy with your order, please email us! More than anything, we want to make it right for you. Please be advised though that because of the nature of our custom products, we do not do refunds. We will however make every attempt to satisfy you, even if that means revising your order free of charge.
After purchase, we allow our customers a 2-hour window of cancellation. After 2 hours, a $5 fee will be applied. We start working on your order right after purchase, so the fee will go toward the designer.
